Structural Instability

Look for signs of structural issues before entering any area: sagging floors, cracked foundations, leaning walls, and displaced door/window frames.

Do not enter any area that appears structurally compromised. Document the concern from a safe distance with photos.

Be cautious on balconies, decks, and elevated structures. Test railings before leaning on them.

In older homes, be aware of potential floor weakness in bathrooms, kitchens, and areas near plumbing leaks.

If you hear cracking, popping, or shifting sounds during an inspection, exit the area immediately.

Your safety is our priority — taking these steps can prevent dangerous situations during your inspections.
