Family-owned and growing. We're looking for certified home inspectors and dedicated administrative professionals across our 15 markets.
Why Work at Noble
Noble Property Inspections is a family-owned company run by licensed engineers. Our owners, Philip Bullock (PE) and Patrick Bullock, built the business on a simple idea: a home inspection should be performed with an engineer's standard of care and explained in language a buyer can actually use. That standard shapes how we hire, how we train, and how we write reports.
We have grown to more than 30 licensed inspectors and a dedicated administrative team serving 15 metro markets across Texas, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Colorado, California, and Alabama. Because we operate in many markets, there is real room to grow — inspectors who join in one metro have moved into training, quality review, and market leadership roles as new regions opened.
Every inspection we deliver comes with a same-day digital report, so clear documentation and prompt communication matter here as much as technical skill. If you take pride in being thorough, honest with clients, and easy to work with, you will fit in well.
Roles We Hire For
Home Inspector
Perform residential and light-commercial inspections and deliver same-day digital reports.
- ✓Current inspector license for your state (TREC in Texas, DBPR in Florida, or the equivalent where you work)
- ✓Comfortable on roofs, in attics, and in crawlspaces, and able to explain findings plainly to first-time buyers
- ✓Clear written communication — our reports are read by buyers, agents, and lenders
- ✓Reliable transportation and the flexibility to work weekends when clients need them
Administrative & Scheduling
Keep inspections booked, clients informed, and agents supported across our markets.
- ✓Phone and email coordination with buyers, sellers, and real estate agents
- ✓Scheduling and routing inspectors across multiple metros
- ✓Attention to detail with agreements, invoices, and report delivery
- ✓A calm, helpful manner — you are often the first voice a nervous homebuyer hears
Engineering Inspector Partner
Partner with us on engineering evaluations — foundations, structural concerns, and PE-stamped reports.
- ✓Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in at least one state we serve, or an EIT working under a PE
- ✓Experience with residential foundation evaluations, elevation surveys, and structural assessments
- ✓Able to produce a clear, PE-stamped written report a buyer, agent, or lender can act on
- ✓Work on a per-project basis alongside our inspection teams when a finding needs to escalate
Don't see your exact role? We also hear from people interested in marketing, agent partnerships, and operations. Tell us what you do well in the form below and we will let you know when something opens up in your market. You can meet the people you would be working with on our team page.
Not licensed in Texas yet? We supervise the TREC-required 40-hour Texas inspector practicum — five supervised inspections, report reviews, and TPCR-3 sign-off by a qualified Texas Professional Inspector.
