Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation and rescheduling terms for scheduled inspections.

We understand that plans can change. Noble Property Inspections strives to accommodate schedule adjustments whenever possible. However, because our inspectors commit dedicated time and travel to each appointment, we require advance notice for cancellations and reschedules.
24-Hour Cancellation Notice
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled inspection time.
- 24+ hours notice: Full refund issued to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days.
- Less than 24 hours notice: A cancellation fee of up to 50% of the inspection cost may be charged to cover inspector scheduling and travel preparation costs.
- No-show: If the inspector arrives at the property and is unable to perform the inspection due to a no-show or lack of property access, the full inspection fee will be retained.
Rescheduling
We are happy to reschedule your inspection at no additional charge, subject to the following:
- Reschedule requests made 24 or more hours before the original appointment are free of charge.
- Reschedule requests made less than 24 hours before the original appointment may be treated as a late cancellation and subject to the fees described above.
- Rescheduled appointments are subject to inspector availability and may not be available on the same day.
- Each booking may be rescheduled up to two times. After the second reschedule, the booking will be canceled and standard cancellation terms will apply.
Company-Initiated Cancellations
In rare cases, Noble Property Inspections may need to cancel or reschedule an inspection due to severe weather, safety concerns, inspector illness, or other circumstances beyond our control. In these situations, we will notify you as soon as possible and work with you to reschedule at a mutually convenient time at no additional cost. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
