How do I book a home inspection with Noble?
Use the online scheduler above to select your inspection type, location, and preferred date and time. Booking takes less than 5 minutes. You can also call (832) 551-1397 or email Noble@noble-pi.com to book by phone.
How far in advance do I need to book?
We offer 7-day scheduling availability. Most appointments can be booked within 24–48 hours. For urgent closings, call us directly and we will do our best to accommodate same-day or next-day scheduling.
Can I attend the inspection?
Yes — we encourage buyers to attend. Being present lets you see findings firsthand, ask questions in real time, and better understand the condition of the property. Inspector review typically lasts 2–4 hours depending on property size.
What happens after I book?
You will receive a confirmation email with inspection details, your inspector's name, and preparation instructions. Your digital report will be delivered the same day as your inspection.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
Cancellations or reschedules made at least 48 hours in advance are free of charge. See our full cancellation policy for details.
