Termite Reports

Complete the NPMA-33 form accurately and thoroughly for every WDI inspection.

Inspect all accessible areas including the garage, exterior perimeter, crawlspace, and attic for evidence of wood-destroying insects.

Document all findings with photos — include mud tubes, frass, damaged wood, and moisture conditions.

Know the difference between active infestation, previous treatment, and conditions conducive to infestation.

If you are unsure about an organism, photograph it and consult with the team before making a determination on the report.
