Tool and Equipment Safety

Inspect all tools and equipment before each use. Do not use damaged, worn, or malfunctioning tools.

Carry tools in a proper tool bag — never carry loose tools in your pockets or hands while climbing ladders.

Keep electrical testing equipment calibrated and in proper working condition.

Store ladders securely on your vehicle. Ensure they are properly tied down during transport.

Charge all battery-powered equipment (thermal camera, moisture meter, drone) the night before an inspection.
